BSTK Studio is proud to lead the architectural design for the redevelopment of Eddy Federal Credit Union’s branch at 901 W. Pierce Street. This transformative project replaces the existing branch with a modern 6,580-square-foot facility, thoughtfully designed to enhance functionality, customer experience, and operational efficiency.

The new branch will feature:

• A welcoming banking lobby with contemporary design elements.

• A drive-through banking facility for seamless transactions.

• Office spaces optimized for credit union staff, fostering collaboration and productivity.

The construction will take place on a vacant lot adjacent to the current location, ensuring uninterrupted service during the build. Upon completion, the existing branch will be carefully demolished to make way for a new parking lot, further improving accessibility for members.

Incorporating sustainable materials and efficient design principles, this project reflects Eddy Federal Credit Union’s commitment to serving the Carlsbad community with a forward-looking approach. With a focus on durability and functionality, the branch will set a new standard for banking environments in Southeastern New Mexico.
