West Dallas Market (unrealized)

Hammers+Partners: Architecture, Inc

The West Dallas Market was a proposed adaptive reuse/mixed use/retail project located adjacent to the Trinity River levee along Singleton Boulevard on the western edge of downtown Dallas. The project proposed the adaptive reuse of an existing industrial truck dock, with multiple additions, including the relocation of half a dozen steel frame structures from a brownfield site down the street. While this proposal was ultimately unrealized, the proposal was later used to inspire the development of the Trinity Groves Restaurant Incubator in the same location.
